Bouchra Jarrar Is Officially Welcomed To Couture
Bouchra Jarrar has been given the official couture appellation by France's governing fashion body, The Chambre Syndicale. The label - which first launched in 2010 - was formerly only a guest member, WWD reports.
Known as more of a fashion minimalist than other couture brands, Bouchra Jarrar is famed for its streamlined silhouettes and discreet elegance. The label joins 15 other brands with couture appellation, including Christian Dior and Chanel, Azzedine Alaïa, and the most recent inductee, Schiaparelli.
